This position is for a Manager Talent Acquisition (Continental Europe) working at our Amsterdam office, focussing on delivering business growth by developing a Talent Acquisition Team and designing our TA strategy whilst doing operational TA work directly for Oliver James - initially for The Benelux region with scope for Italy, Spain and Germany

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Hire a team for Talent Acquisition including a Team Manager
  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrate recruitment practices with team
  • Manage team to deliver additional new hires to the business
  • Conduct interviews and assessments on prospective hires
  • Deliver assessment days and attraction events with prospective hires
  • Create and promote referral systems within division(s)
  • Maintain and promote employer branding and EVP though online channels
  • Proactively attract new hires to the team through advertising channels
  • Liaise with local universities/work programmes to attract new hires
  • Manage accreditations with third party institutions to secure interns
  • Effectively promote and role model the OJ charter
  • Manage 'handover' to internal roles including individual and group mentoring

Desired Background:

  • Experience in a similar graduate focused new sales team management position
  • 3-5 year's experience in recruitment
  • Talent attraction and marketing experience is ideal
  • Experience in Salesforce would be beneficial
  • Flexibility to work predominantly in the office and some non-core hours
