Job description

This position is for a Principal/Manager working in our New York office, focusing on direct hire in-house legal recruitment. This is a newly created role sat within an incredibly high performing and established division. The position will be focused around leveraging over 500+ existing agreements across financial services and insurance to start-up the in-house legal desk for Oliver James NYC.

About the role

As Principal/Manager your responsibilities will be:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients, both existing and new to create business development opportunities within in-house legal
  • Headhunting fantastic calibre candidates nationwide to represent for our clients needs
  • Manage the end to end recruiting life-cycle and building a profitable desk
  • Growing a team underneath to assist in recruitment efforts and supporting them the OJ way

About you

  • 3+ years of experience within the legal recruiting sector
  • Impeccable process management
  • You must be able to build rapport and further develop client relationships with delivering on their needs and growing these accounts at the forefront of your mindset
  • We are looking for a dedicated and career minded individual who is motivated to build something incredibly exciting
