About the role

This position is for a Senior Consultant/Managing Consultant working at our Milan office, focusing on permanent recruitment in a 360-degree role for the OJA Tech team, which focuses on different specializations such as Infrastructure & Network, Data & Platforms, Cybersecurity and Applications.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying suitable candidates through multiple innovative channels.
  • Consulting candidates and clients through often complex and large recruitment processes.
  • Oversee a portfolio of Italian based clients, analyzing their upcoming projects and resourcing needs.
  • Developing long-term relationships for repeat business.
  • As a specialist within your recruitment market, you are on top of your game with your knowledge regarding our clients and the market you work in.

About you

  • Minimum of 2 year experience working in a recruitment environment or sales role that is comparable to a consulting environment.
  • Some experience in a business development role.
  • Native Italian and upper/fluent in English is required.
  • You know exactly how to connect with new contacts and can build rapport for the short and long term.
  • You are a creative business developer.
  • You never give up, always seek new opportunities, and strive for continuous improvement in everything you do.
  • Nice to have passion and interest in the world of Technology, prior work experience in this field is a strong plus.
