Job description

This position is for a Recruitment Consultant working at our Manchester office, focusing on headhunting across the Actuarial market. As a 180 Recruitment Consultant on the Actuarial team, you will be responsible for proactively headhunting passive candidates and working collaboratively with the 360 team.

About the role

As Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively headhunting passive candidates and developing and nurturing new and existing relationships
  • The successful applicant will be focused on building a profitable desk within their market, working closely with the existing team, sharing information and contacts, and taking advantage of our extensive existing client base.
  • You will be responsible for achieving set targets.
  • Working alongside a 360 recruiter to define the needs of the clients whilst mapping out the organisational structure, the culture, and the client's annual growth plans

About you

  • 1 year upwards of experience in agency recruitment
  • Experience recruiting across professional services is beneficial but not an absolute
