Our approach is to headhunt passive candidates and we use meticulous sales techniques in order to attain this talent.

These sales techniques will be taught to you in your first 6 months and we will then continue to mentor you all the way to Director level in the company.

If career progression is important to you then it will be insightful for you to know that 95% of our current Directors joined the business at Trainee or Consultant level.

Finally, our commission is uncapped meaning there is no limit on how much you can earn on top of your base salary.
