The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you are responsible for attracting the best talent for our clients in fast-growing sectors. You will identify, attract, and support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify top candidates, ensuring you can sell our service.
• Elevate relationships with existing candidates and clients.
• Manage the recruitment process
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to meet each client's needs
• Ensure candidates are prepared and debriefed for interviews.
• Develop your own client network
• Stay informed about the market evolution and changes.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in French or Dutch AND English.
• Has a passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Has a dynamic, ambitious, and challenge-driven mindset.
• Can work well under pressure with a positive attitude and strong resilience.
• Has a good understanding of the tech sectors (cloud, IT, data, etc.) and related skills.
• Possesses strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Thrives in a fast evolving, performance-driven environment.
