This position is for a People and Performance Partner working in our Milan office, who will be responsible for the learning and development experience of Milan based Oliver James employees in order to coach and aid individual's progression.

About the role
As People and Performance Partner, your responsibilities will be:
Responsibility for the learning and development experience of Milan based Oliver James employees in order to aid individual's progression
121 mentoring and coaching delivered to employees in order to ensure continued advancement and maximum profitability
Responsibility for analysis, preparation and delivery of Oliver James core education programmes
Proactively identifying and advising senior stakeholders on opportunities to maximise revenue and increase profitability across sales operations
Design and delivery of complex roleplay scenarios to ensure Oliver James best practice is adhered to
Organisation and management of dedicated sales days/half days
Facilitation of round tables and interactive workshops with Partners and managers at a range of experience levels
Accurate logging of employee development, providing regular advice and substantial feedback to support talent pipelining and promotion decisions
Constant interaction with the rest of the senior team, providing critical advice on office environment, sales performance, and new opportunities for growth
Monitoring of employee engagement levels and development pathways to ensure maximum retention of staff
3+ years of experience in a similar position or in a recruitment role
Fluent Italian and English are required
Expert level knowledge of recruitment, recruitment practices and associated skills
A track record of high achievement in previous roles
Team leadership or mentoring experience gained within a recruitment environment desirable
Engaging, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Efficient organizational, planning and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport & long term business relationships
Experience of influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders
Exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a high level of diplomacy and professionalism
The ability to be a team player and capable of operating autonomously
A confident and proactive approach
An innate desire to be successful and commit to the role requirements
Ability of build others, understanding the whole person to succeed in enabling their goals, instilling belief and inspiring the drive to do the basics, most often and to the best of their ability
Ability of listen first and listen long, aiming to understand before making decisions or giving advice. Through great questioning, coaching and genuine interest in different points of view.
