This position is for a Managing Recruitment Consultant (or above) working in our London office, focusing on permanent recruitment across technology, change & data, into the Insurance industry. About the role

As a 360 Managing Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will be:

  • Building out OJ's Perm desk, networking and developing relationships with new and existing clients via introductory phone calls, face to face meetings, networking events and so on.
  • Identifying key candidates, based on strong market knowledge, to build long standing partnerships with via headhunting, referrals, referencing and so on.
  • Consistently maintaining a strong portfolio of candidates to introduce to clients, depending on job requirements.
  • Selling the value of a partnership and successfully influencing both passive candidates and prospective clients.
  • Maintaining a strong standard of service with your clients via agreeing to SLA's, consistent delivery of candidates to meet job requirements and consulting wherever possible.
  • Mentoring / supporting other team members across the Perm team, with the view to step into management as quickly as possible.

About you

  • 3 years + of 360 recruitment experience, ideally across a dual or perm desk.
  • Experience recruiting across a professional services industry is preferred, but not a necessity.
  • Commercially minded and can identify key business opportunities.
  • Strong work ethic and self motivated.
  • Team player with aspirations to be a Manager.
