About the role
This position is for a Delivery Consultant working at our Manchester office, focusing on permanent and contract recruitment across Finance, Risk and Compliance within the Insurance and Banking markets.
- Actively sourcing candidates for the FARC UK team through headhunting, internal database and job applications.
- Support the New Business Consultants (NBCs) by assisting with live vacancies across the team.
- Attending job briefings with Line Managers and NBCs to understand the requirements of the roles.
- Conduct telephone and Video screenings with candidates to check suitability for the position.
- 1+ years' experience
- Recruitment or Sales experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Having flexibility to adapt to various situations and challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively whilst working multiple roles.
