This position is for a Business Development Manager HR working at our Amsterdam office, focusing on our new brand HR, which we build up this year. As Business Development Manager HR you have a broad responsibility and a major influence on the course of your market and our organization.

About the role

As Business Development Manager HR your responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively create, maintain, and develop a network of candidates and clients through different channels;
  • Interviews with candidates;
  • Identifying and creating leads;
  • Writing and posting the best vacancies you're working on;
  • Immerse yourself in the labor market of HR;
  • Give advice to professionals with a lot of experience;
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from A-Z;
  • Working within a dynamic and fast-growing organization with a young culture.

  • You maintain the existing network and expand the business based on quality services;
  • You make the current business even stronger and keep an eye on new business;
  • You lead a team of consultants and you're also responsible for the performance of this team;
  • Keep track of market developments and create, seek and seize opportunities;
  • Proactively build a network of (potential) relations;
  • You combine long-term vision with short-term results;
  • You are therefore ultimately responsible for this team, where you have complete entrepreneurial freedom within the limits of your focus market;

About you

  • HBO/WO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a commercial role within the employment agency;
  • Experience in managing a team;
  • Really want to take that extra step for the organization and your own development;
  • Able to draw up and follow up a strong sales plan;
  • A big plus if you have experience in the temp and/ or in-depth HR knowledge;
  • Competencies; sales-driven, customer- and result-oriented, self-starting, independent, connecting, proactive, energetic, driven and tenacious. You convince OJ that you can help with the growth ambition
  • Able to speak proficient Dutch

A passionate team of approximately 80 colleagues who work on one large floor in a beautiful office in Amsterdam. The aim is to reach 100 by the end of this year.
