Academy Partner

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the ongoing build out and scale of the global OJ Academy program
  • Talent attraction for Academy Consultants (6 per cohort, 6 week frequency)
  • Conducting first stage interviews
  • Assist with induction and onboarding of Academy Consultants
  • Deliver group training sessions in line with Academy schedule
  • Review/create/elevate new and existing training content
  • One-to-one coaching with Academy Consultants
  • Plan and manage recruitment sales days
  • Analyse & record performance data
  • Coordinate Academy shadowing sessions and feedback
  • Positively market the Academy both internally and externally
  • Effective diary management to encompass all of the above

Key deliverables:

  • Academy hiring, attrition and graduation numbers
  • Academy Consultant performance against KPI's
  • Associate billing performance post Academy
  • Experience and engagement scores

Relevant skills & experience:

  • 2 years minimum experience in Recruitment
  • 1 year minimum experience in Learning & Development
    • Designing training content
    • Delivering training content
    • Coaching
  • A track record of high achievement in previous roles
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment practices and associated behavioural competencies
  • Engaging and articulate presenter
  • Excellent motivator of people
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and solution orientated
  • Experience of conducting internal interviews (desired, not essential)
