This position is for an experienced full-desk staffing and sales consultant working in our New York office, focusing on permanent financial services recruitment markets.

About the role

As Senior Associate your responsibilities will be:

· Developing relationships with assigned clients to maximize partnership opportunities

· Identifying new client partnerships and pitching to establish partnerships

· Headhunting senior professionals within your discipline and building long lasting relationships

· Managing the end to end process from initial outreach through to offer negotiations and aftercare

About you

· 2+ years experience

· Professional services staffing experience

· A strong track record of success in developing client business

· You are passionate and committed to succeeding within our industry long term

· You are ambitious and have an appetite for learning
