We are expanding our team and inviting you to apply for a role:

Recruitment consultant - senior consultant to join change and transformation team, part of change and technology division to work in our Hong Kong office focusing on permanent hiring.

Successful candidate will join a team that cherishes supportive and harmonic culture, where individual result is enabled and stimulated by common effort of every team member.

As part of this role, you will focus on 360 recruitment covering financial services industry across change and transformation market.

You will become an integral part of change market by learning and sharing information with your clients and candidate - adding value to their projects resource planning as well as individual's careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing high-quality service and advice.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across the project management discipline.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening and assessment, including competency-based interviews and psychometric testing.
  • Manage the offer and negotiation process, and provide ongoing support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide market insights and trends to clients and colleagues to support business development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Contribute to the wider success of the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and collaborating on cross-functional projects.

About You:

  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally with a focus on project management (change and transformation).
  • Consultants with no Change recruitment experience will be considered if they have understanding of financial services industry knowledge and can demonstrate will to learn.
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of local languages (Cantonese / Mandarin) is a big advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.
  • A team player who is willing to collaborate and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
