This position is for an experienced sales professional to enter into the recruitment sales industry working in our Charlotte, NC office.

About the role

As recruiter your responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media and direct sourcing techniques.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of candidates with expertise in Technology
• Generate new business partnerships, negotiate terms and build long lasting relationships with hiring managers
• Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to meet our clients' hiring goals and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their business needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to ensure the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service.
• Generating leads, referrals and other commercial information
• Taking candidates to market & developing your own client hiring network
• Operate as a consultative partner for both clients and candidates, providing expert recruitment advice
