Our esteemed client, a renowned entity in the Manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Benefits Partner to join their Information Technology department on a contractual basis. This integral role demands an adept individual passionate about leveraging business partnering strategies within human resource functions to drive company-wide benefits and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits teams and collaborate across departments on projects involving market research, program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation, and communication.
- Work closely with People team members in designated countries to design benefit and compensation programs aligned with the total rewards philosophy and company culture, adapting as needed to fit local market norms and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the connection between local People teams and the centers of excellence for benefits and compensation, determining how local programs will be managed and administered, whether on a local or global scale.
- Assess competitive practices and market positioning, making recommendations to ensure benefit and compensation plans are compelling and aligned with the company's talent strategy.
- Collaborate with the international expansion team to research and establish benefit and compensation structures as the organization grows its global presence.
- Develop and oversee sources of market data, such as surveys, industry associations, and networking channels, staying informed of trends and identifying potential program enhancements.
- Design and provide reports and analyses to track benefits usage, effectiveness, and return on investment for current programs, suggesting improvements based on data.
- Function as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and operational needs.
Key Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, with a focus in HR, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
- 5+ years of directly related experience supporting benefits and compensation program development and maintenance for the EMEA region.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data using a variety of systems and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within teams.
