People Compliance Advisor

As a People Compliance Advisor for Oliver James, you will join the Oliver James Global Legal Team as part of its Employment Law Service in a centralised Group global Legal Team based in Manchester. This is a project-based role, with opportunities to also support the Employment Law and People teams' advisory services. You will report to the Head of Employment Law as part of the Legal Team at Oliver James and work closely with its People team to facilitate the implementation of several key Employment Law and People projects, whilst providing additional support to the People team on employee relations matters.
