Meet the founders of Oliver James...

In 2002, Oliver James was launched by Oliver Castle (Ollie) and James Rogers (Jimmy) to simply do recruitment better. Fast-forward 20 years and we have grown into a globally recognised business that has become the envy of the recruitment industry and one that works with the leading businesses across the world.

"Since opening our New York office in 2016, we have experienced exponential growth which has seen our headcount increase from 2 to 80+, and our billings increase by 87% on perm and 44% on contract.
