​Starting at OJ, I had no idea how much I was going to learn about the job itself, the international culture, the market I specialised in, and how to love your job and have fun whilst doing it. ​I have been working for OJ Brussels for the past 1,5 years. I started as a Junior with no experience and have worked my way up to Managing Consultant. For me, Oliver James has been a revelation. If you’d have told me when I had just graduated, that I would already be a Managing Consultant, I wouldn’t have believed you.
