The role

Working with our newly acquired client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager to manage their Global MSP. You will be managing the service across UK and US territories, with growth expected across Europe and APAC.

Client branded and part of the wider Client Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a key role in managing and sourcing contractors for the organisation who currently have over 150 contractors under management.

You will deliver a quality led candidate experience, whilst driving cost save for the client. You be accountable for the governance and compliance of all contingent workers, whilst ensuring SLA adherence and reporting.

You will manage a client branded MSP Business Partner and Coordinator. You will also be supported by the account's delivery team and business support services based offsite.

The role will require you to be in the client's London office 3 days per week. There will also be a need for ad hoc travel to Manchester and Birmingham offices.

What you'll do

  • Accountable for delivering a best-in-class MSP service
  • Key point of knowledge for MSP process, governance and compliance, including IR35, worker classification and AWR
  • Management of the entire end-to-end contractor recruitment process; ensuring compliance with all policies and processes
  • Responsible for the team and individual KPIs, ensuring client SLAs are met
  • Ensuring all requirements flow through the MSP, ensuring delivery team hit the direct fill KPI
  • Accountable for the data integrity of the VMS (Talentlink)
  • Monitoring active contingent workforce data to mitigate risk. Data checks to include tenure, RTW, insurances and IR35 classification
  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and yearly management information to the client
  • Ownership and management of MSP supply chain
  • Drive cost savings for the client through direct delivery team and cost save initiatives
  • Operational point of escalation, resolving issues quickly and efficiently

How you'll do it

  • Apply a deep knowledge of MSP process to the service, which will optimise efficiencies and delivery
  • Take a structured and organised approach to managing a high-volume contingent workforce
  • Demonstrate an ability to work at a fast pace, whilst maintaining attention to detail, managing multiple contract vacancies and ensuring that Talentlink is the source of truth
  • Apply a deep understanding of policies and procedures that may impact a professional contingent workforce. For example; AWR, IR35, compliance & onboarding
  • Ensure risk mitigation is placed at high importance
  • Utilising Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint to report and deliver against contractual SLAs and individual KPIs
  • Apply management skills to set objectives for your team that align with account objectives and ensure those are met
  • Use previous experience of successfully driving cost save initiatives to an MSP programme
  • Deal with issues that arise calmly and present logical solutions
  • Adapt your communication style appropriately to interact with multiple stakeholders and optimise those interactions
