This position is for a 360 Consultant HR working at our Amsterdam office, focusing on our new brand HR, which we build up this year. As 360 Consultant you will be active at the candidate side end to end responsible to build op the network within the focus area HR.

About the role

As 360 Consultant HR your responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively create, maintain, and develop a network of candidates and clients through different channels;
  • Interviews with candidates;
  • Identifying and creating leads;
  • Writing and posting the best vacancies you're working on;
  • Immerse yourself in the labor market of HR;
  • Give advice to professionals with a lot of experience;
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from A-Z;
  • Working within a dynamic and fast-growing organization with a young culture.

About you

  • Being challenged by working in a competitive environment;

  • Can think creatively and out of the box;
  • Has knowledge of various social media channels;
  • HBO/WO work and thinking level.
  • Able to speak proficient Dutch
