This position is for a Senior Graphic Designer working in our Manchester head office, responsible for leading on the creation of strong, design-led collateral and content that supports the brand values of the Oliver James Group.

Key responsibilities

  • As the lead Graphic Designer, assume the role of the brand guardian for all entities.
  • Work alongside the Design team to manage and deliver creative briefs from across the group.
  • New brand development and existing brand-building,
  • Consistently seek new opportunities to develop and increase exposure of the OJ brands.
  • Development, project management and organisation of assets for digital, social and print.
  • Development of design-led, high-quality sales collateral.

About you

  • 5 years' experience employed in a creative role.
  • Experience in new brand development
  • Background of working with senior stakeholders across multiple brands.
  • Confident interpreting and building on brand guidelines.
  • Able to meet deadlines in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of video production, with animation a bonus.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
  • Always looking for ways to do things better and build on design skills.
